Man kann dort sicher und bequem parken.

Es fängt schon mit der Kommunikation an, wenn ich vermiete sollte ich meine Texte zumindest in Englisch vorbereitet haben. Ich habe ausserdem mitgeteilt, daß ich gegen 18.30 an der Unterkunft ankomme. Habe bisher keine Antwort bekommen. Stand knapp eine Stunde vor der verschlossenen Türe. Nur als andere Gäste kamen konnten wir das Appartment betreten. Die Unterkunft war mit Frühstück gebucht. Es stand ein am Vortag gedeckter Tisch für 4 Personen bereit. In der Unterkunft waren jedoch 8 Personen. Daher konnte ich leider kein Frühstück einnehmen. Eigentlich eine Frechheit. Dann hieß es man könne nach Öffnen des Gartentores 3 Minuten ausfahren, statt dessen schließt das Tor bereits nach einer Minute. Etwas wenig Zeit von der Unterkunft ins Auto, ausparken und ausfahren. Wieder schreiben und warten bis das Tor extern geöffnet wird.

Nothing, it’s clean for the bottom line

Host was really rude and mean. We arrived around 10pm, they can’t open door for us, so we have to wait 30mins for someone to come and open the door. The next morning we heard from another guest, they had the same experience at 6pm, and they waited more than an hour till someone to open the door. Nobody was there for breakfast, the breakfast was also really poor. Walls are way too thin, you can hear other guest snoring in the night. Bed is not comfortable, pillows are too thin. The lady who showed up was super rude, first thing to say is we were there with kids. Even their policy says kids above 3 are welcome and free for extra bed. She charged 80euro extra cash( same amount as a full night) without giving any proof of payment. It feels like a mafia behavior.

It is clean and sweet

There were no clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. The host kept me on the phone for five minutes while I was on roaming, explaining how to get from the parking lot to the apartment. The place is listed as bed & breakfast, but the “breakfast” only includes some sweets, cornflakes, and milk — no bread, no butter, nothing else. I saw many reviews mentioning the same issue, but the hosts apparently don’t care. Also, for the first time, I was charged city tax after confirming the payment. The amount of the tax was never stated in advance, and in the end, they charged an additional 20 euros from my account. I hope the host reads this and improves the check-in instructions and breakfast offer, because the place really has potential.

Bella struttura ristrutturata

La camera è stata ricavata in un soppalco e la parte bassa del tetto, sul letto, un pò scomoda. Bagno, forse, troppo grande che ha levato spazio alla camera.
