GBFabio was extremely friendly and helped us with all our needs and preferences during our stay. He also provided us with local information and was very flexible for example when we returned from a wedding as planned at 5:30am! The b&b was very clean and well looked after, and the air-con in the room worked perfectly which was a blessing in the 35deg heat! We would definitely stay there again if we are in the Orbetello area.
A very minor point, the Wi-fi didn't work, though Fabio called the service provider several times and tried very hard to sort it out. This was not the fault of the b&b but I believe rather the service provider or local transmission network.
