Posizione molto bella

Da nessuna parte vi era scritto che per arrivare in camera bisogna fare 42 gradini abbastanza alti, non agevoli, ci è stata, senza preavviso una camera diversa da quella prenotata, molto più piccola, abbiamo chiesto come mai e la risposta è stata , vi hanno dato questa. Pessimo comportamento.
