La Maurella

A perfect place to stay!! The room had an amazing view, breakfast was super tasty with lots of variety, and the service was spot on—everything came together to make our time on the Amalfi Coast really enjoyable. The pool with its direct sea view with the warmed water was definitely a highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on places to visit and where to eat. All in all, we’d absolutely recommend this place

The room was really cosy and also the bathroom was very nice. The view from our balcony was exceptional, there were also two sunbeds you could very well relax on and enjoy the amazing view. All facilities are well maintained, clean and decorated with attention to detail. We really appreciated the service from the delicious breakfast (even with vegan milk options available) to the very attentive host Michele who made us feel at home and took a lot of time for us to give his personal advice on trips. The heated swimming pool was also a nice bonus.

Excellent views of the bay from rooms 101 and 102. Service was amazing. Michel was a great host and provided us with a lot of insights on places to eat and visit. Pool was warm in this cold March weather. Breakfast was good too.

From the moment you walk into La Maurella you feel right at home. Michele was a fantastic host as were all the staff. The room was comfortable with the most breathtaking view from the balcony. Being only a small hotel, it was quiet and relaxing, we felt like we were the only ones there. There was no rush at breakfast (which was wonderful) and we had the pool to ourselves on the 2 occasions we used it. Michele and his staff helped us with the local bus and advised on places to eat. We had stayed in Praiano before at a bigger hotel, but felt this was a much nicer experience. You are 15min walk from the beach, or can grab the bus for €1… lots of places to eat round about. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thank you La Maurella.
