Sijainti on todella hyvä, vanhassa kaupungissa lähellä satamaa. Sujuva itsenäinen sisäänkirjautuminen. Kahvikone oli hyvä.

Aamiainen oli valmiiksi pakattu, ei kovin ravitseva. WC:n seinät eivät yllä kattoon asti, joten se ei ole kovin yksityinen. Kadun äänet kuuluu huoneeseen, mutta se kuuluu asiaan tällaisella sijainnilla.

Goed bed. Locatie. Uitzicht op de haven!

Ontbijt. Heel veel lawaai van buiten.Was slecht weer met veel wind die je kon voelen en horen tot binnen. Heel oud gebouw.

Let me start by saying that these are rooms with private bathrooms in one large apartment. The location is in the heart of the old town and just a few minutes’ walk from the bus to the airport. Everything is very clean. I stayed in Room 2. It’s a very spacious room where you have everything you need, plus a coffee machine just for you. The bathroom is also large. There is a kitchen which was listed as being only for Room 2, but in reality it is used by everyone. This wasn’t a problem for me, as I didn’t use it. Everything else was wonderful. The host provided very clear and helpful instructions.

The building is very old and beautiful, but it can be quite noisy. If you have trouble sleeping, you will definitely need earplugs. For me, there are three downsides: it’s noisy, the water pressure is quite low, and you have to check out before 10:00.It’s your holiday

Nadherný výhľad a perfektné miesto v historickom centre. Úžasná dostunosť.

Posizione ottima in pieno centro a due passi da tutti i luoghi di interesse. Vista meravigliosa. Palazzo storico. Check in e check out in autonomia veloce e senza intoppi. Presenza dell'ascensore. Camera con armadio, bagno con bidet, doccia, phon grande. Presente la cassaforte, il frigorifero, macchina per il caffè, bollitore e forno microonde. Presente la tv a schermo piatto. Due lampade nei comodini. Presenti prodotti di cortesia in bagno,, di ottima qualità.

1° Porta della camera aperta al nostro arrivo, non ottima scelta in quanto chiunque potrebbe entrare prima del mio arrivo. 2° Scarsa insonorizzazione. Se volete il silenzio,non optate per le camere vista mare. Giustamente a causa dell'epoca dello stabile, si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti da fuori. 3° Porta della camera (5) difficile da chiudere e da aprire. Abbiamo faticato non poco in uscita la notte e la mattina, essendoci chiusi per la notte (è presente un piccolo passante, ma quasi inutile vista la struttura della porta) non riuscivamo ad uscire. 4° tassa di soggiorno: è presente una cassetta dove lasciare la tassa di soggiorno in cui viene scritto "2€ adulti e bambini" con una formula vaga. Io ho lasciato i 2€ anche per mio figlio di 10 anni nel dubbio dell ' "incertezza" anche se "sono esenti dal pagamento dell'imposta di soggiorno: i minori entro il dodicesimo anno di età" (secalalghero.it, imposta di soggiorno, casi particolari, ho controllato il mattino dopo per curiosità). Credo andrebbe specificato meglio. 5° pulizia del muro divisorio tra bagno e camera non pervenuta. Bisognerebbe passare uno straccio ogni tanto pensando che seppur in alto la polvere potrebbe nuocere agli allergici. 6° la colazione con merendine confezionate. Sarebbe, anche a parità di costo, perché comunque presenti varie tipologie di merendine, succhi di frutta e biscotti, fare una convenzione con un bar. 7° pressione della doccia bassissima come le luci della camera che immagino basse per dare rilievo all'affresco del soffitto ma che nell'economia di un soggiorno è fastidioso.
