Check up time too early

I had advised I would arrive between 9 and 10 pm. I was there at exactly 10. I had not received the code for the lockbox, I, another person renting, and a neighbour tried to reach the owner for an hour, while I was sitting outside. Owner had switched off his phone, always went straight to voicemail. In the end, I took a taxi back to the airport and sat there all night, waiting for my next flight. I am furious. How can an owner switch off the phone when he has clients staying/arriving??? I asked for a refund, he said no. Don't give him your hard-earned cash. So I paid for a night, and a total of80 euro for taxis. My most expensive night spent at an airport EVER.

O Sr Francesco muito atencioso, dando sempre informações sobre como chegar até o flat, onde comer ( ao lado do flat tem um restaurante romano delicioso).

Location was fine, cause it’s just 10 min by car from airport, air conditioning cause in the summer is pretty hot and the bed is comfortable.

Staff was weird, also had to give extra money at the property. breakfast was really poor, no milk, two snacks, really nothing. Check in really late and check out super early, so basically I booked for one night stay and it becomes useless, just for sleeping.
