As instalações propriamente dita são perfeitas o anfitrião faz tudo o possível para ajudar na estadia.

O que eu não gostei não é culpa da propriedade, para mim que não conhecia Fiumicino achei que seria fácil ir e voltar para o Aeroporto e se locomover para Roma, contudo é mais fácil ir para qualquer outro local do que para Fiumicino. Os ônibus são pontuais e podem ajudar nisso, entretanto aos domingos só tem ônibus de 1 em 1 hora e a saída é usar o Uber.
