Bb Smallville

I have spent two nights in Bb Smallville, and, honestly, was very upset about this experience. First of all, when I arrived at the Fiumicino airport and tried to contact them, no one was answering neither to the messages nor to the chats. A bit later, the booking has been confirmed, and the hast sent me the instructions of how to find the keys. Hence, the communication part wasn't the best. Second of all, since I have entered the accomodation and till the end, there was no internet connection (and TV has not been working as well). Regarding the WIFI they informed me that there are reconstruction works happening and there will be no signal during the next 2-3 days (although the WIFI was mentioned as one of the services provided). However, the host claimed the city tax almost immediately (and even brought me to the place where to withdraw the money) and took 10€ instead of 9€ (which I have realised later). But the worst thing happened after I left the accommodation. While waiting for the flight, I got the message from the host who required 50€ from me for the... BROKEN KETTLE (which was already broken). The funny part is that the host mentioned that I broke this kettle by... BOILING WATER IN IT (so the glass was broken). After seeing this message, I have informed Booking about the whole situation itself. However, the overall feeling was not nice at all. Although the room was spacious, nice and clean, I would highly not recommend anyone (especially a foreigner) to stay there, better to book the stay in the hotel Isola Sacra near by. I am grateful to the Booking team for helping me with this situation and hope to get a reward at least to cover the cost of the mobile internet I have been using during the whole stay instead of getting a service which has been included into the list plus being accused in such a ridiculous thing...

Good apartment for it’s price. Not so far from airport. Host offered to pick us from airport for additional price.

It is near the airport, and for a good price you can sleep and fly, good for one night stay

The check instructions came late, like-one hour before check in. So if you as a tourist do not have internet all the time this might be a problem. Some extra towels would be good.

The balcony,and was walking distance to food shopping.

I don't know if this a Europe thing but check in at 4pm and out by 9.30am is a little crazy.The owner drove to the airport for 25 euros, and let us stay in the room till 11.30.This is about half of a taxi. After being in Rome with so many people, the stay here let me breathe and had a sense of calm.
