"Exceptional"

Room was very clean and nice, comfort beds and all the necessary in the room. It is perfect for a night or 2 stay. Lucia was very nice and makes amazing coffee! Location is quiet but nice and save (also good starting point to travel to other cities). Would recommend!

"Exceptional"

The guesthouse is even nicer than the photos. The host, Lucia, was very welcoming and nice. It's located in a quiet yet charming part of Tuscany and it's easy to get to from the Pisa airport by car. The room we took was spacious and clean. Bonus points for the breakfast too. The outside garden in the back overlooks the Tuscan views as well and has a nice sitting area to sit and eat. We'll definitely plan to stay there next time we visit the area!

"Super nice owner, but terrible experience"

Someone (the family's son?) had a party in the building. They even broke in to our apartment and were extremely rude. Our baby had a hard time sleeping at all. Nightmare! The owner however is super friendly and even made us breakfast before the actual breakfast time. Absolutely recommended if no one invites people over and parties

Very beautiful accommodation, clean and spacious. Also very nice staff.

Good Wifi but only in the communal areas, this should also be available in the rooms. The communal areas were also too dark. An LED light or a motion detector light would help solve the issue.
