Schönes Zimmer, freundliche Gastgeber

Habe mich - wie angeboten - auf den kostenlosen Shuttle verlassen. Leider war das in meinem Preis nicht enthalten. Da ich darauf angewiesen war, habe ich ihn dazu gebucht. Hat grundsätzlich auch funktioniert, nur, dass ich, trotz mehrerer Anfragen, nie eine offzielle Rechnung erhalten habe, die ich gerne bei meiner Fluggesellschaft eingereicht hätte. Diesbezüglich wurde ich dauernd vertröstet. Schade! Das Shuttle-Angebot wirkt auf mich wie eine Touristen-Falle.

"Misleading advertisement regarding FREE transfer"

Close to airport

Be aware that the "free shuttle" advertised in the cover photo and facilities is not free. I was coerced into paying €30 for the transfer plus city tax via a phone app transfer (no card machine available). The property didn't provide an official receipt for this payment. I had to escalate this to booking.com's executive team to get a refund for these misrepresented changes. Travelers should be cautious and have screenshot of everything offer ready.

Accueil très agréable et à l’écoute du client. Nous y sommes restés une nuit mais tout était parfait ainsi que la gérante qui a eu le courage de nous emmener à l’aéroport à 6h du matin Je recommande

Le quartier calme et agréable avec un restaurant et un café vue mer à 2 pas. La maison très sympa et la proximité avec l’aéroport à 10 min. Le stationnement sécurisé. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beach and walkway by the sea are less than a five minute walk from the beach. It’s also very convenient to get to the airport (about a 15-20 minutes drive).

It’s too far to walk to the train station to go to Palermo, but you can easily find a taxi or bus depending on when you are there. We arrived in a Sicilian statutory holiday, so there weren’t any taxis or buses running.
