B&B Incanto

When we first saw this Bnb we immediately fell in love with the view. And it definitely did not disappoint, it’s amazing. When we arrived at the airport, our taxi driver told us:”that is very very high”. Up the mountain he meant. And it is. So if you plan on staying here (which I recommend you do btw) you should think about renting a car or using the amazing shuttle service the Bnb offers. It made our stay much more lively and saved our holiday (as we were not in a position to rent a car). I really have to thank the owners for their excellent service and hope they do well in the future.

The bedframe was really squeaky. Every time I moved the bedframe would make a horrible noise.

Location, near to Vesuve

The mountain view is deceptive – it’s actually the view of the building opposite, with just a tiny bit of the mountain barely visible – look at my photo. The plastic croissants were not even enough for three days – there wasn’t even one per person per day. It’s not really breakfast anyway – dry rusks are not a proper breakfast. For three days, there was no hot water; the water was freezing cold, making it impossible to take a shower. I reported the problem, the owner said she had fixed it, but in fact it still didn’t work. In the end, she asked me to give her a 10/10 rating. I asked if she really thought she deserved that, and her response was very unpleasant. She accused us of lying about the water issue (even though others mention it in the reviews and she herself told us beforehand that they had hot water problems). She also accused us of leaving a mess, even though I had made the bed and wiped up the spilled coffee on the floor (the table was unstable). I don’t understand the good ratings – honestly, I think this must be a scam. The hotel should be avoided, especially because of the owner’s attitude and the lack of hot water.

Cousy and with a great view, it has dishes and tea, coffee, snacks in room included in price. The host doesn’t speak much English but very friendly.

Great place with amazing view to Napoli bay!!!

Location is superb with fabulous views over the city toward the sea, and free secure parking on site. Greeted by host Anna who was very welcoming and friendly. There is a small terrace with bistro set to enjoy the view and sunset. The room was comfortable and clean with good decor. There was a fridge stocked with a variety of drinks some of which designated for the breakfast and others to be paid for.

Directions provided guided us to another property, the correct location is at https://maps.app.goo.gl/kDRYwySwtAaaCjw87. No hot water on arrival until we messaged and then it was turned on. The shower mixer not thermastatically controlled and impossible to set to a stable comfortable temperature - either freezing or scalding so not used. No kettle provided and when we requested one to use with the supplied tea bags we were told to use the milk warmer / frother, which is entirely unsuitable for making tea!

Thr view is just amazing. The balcony was so nice to sit on and overlook the sea. The location eas perfect for visiting Pompei and Naples.

What a place. Just fantastic value for money. A bit outside from Naples, but All worth it. Looking at the city from the the Balcony is a breathtaking experience, and compared to what you get for the money in Naples is this a true gem. When Naples can be a bit chaotic it can be Nice to find a quite spot, and this is the place. Furthermore, there are bars, restaurants not to far from this place with amazing views. Enjoy! The money you save can you use for taxa or pay the owners to drive you. They were so Nice to drive us to the city, which is not too expensive. All in All a big 10/10!
