È la seconda volta che andiamo in questa struttura e ci troviamo sempre molto bene. I proprietari sempre disponibili e cordiali Sicuramente lo consiglio

Proprietari cordiali e molto competenti. La camera era accogliente e dotata di un balcone con una splendida vista sulle colline circostanti. La colazione, varia e abbondante, è stata un piacevole inizio di giornata. Ho apprezzato molto anche l'immobile, ristrutturato con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli.

Mi sono trovata benissimo! Un posto meraviglioso colorato di sorrisi e simpatia!

La vista è la gentilezza del personale

L' accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, la déco, sans faute de goût, l' aménagement intérieur, la climatisation, les belles terrasses et la vue qui va avec.

Les toilettes à l' étage en dessous. Très désagréable de sortir de la chambre la nuit, de descendre l' escalier, ensommeillés, avec la peur de réveiller les autres vacanciers. Par rapport à cela, ce logement, aussi beau soit-il, n' a pas correspondu à nos attentes. C'est rédhibitoire.

Siamo stati a Cà del Cinema di passaggio durante un viaggio. La struttura è estremamente confortevole, ogni cosa è al posto giusto. Il letto è comodissimo, il bagno, la doccia... tutto pulito e curato nei dettagli. I proprietari sono persone squisite, mai invasive, ma con cui è stato molto piacevole chiacchierare. Un plauso alla colazione, sul terrazzo, con splendido e rilassante panorama.

The price to value ratio was very good. A friendly host, cosy rooms and cosy surroundings of the house. The host was understanding of our delay (due to my waiting for hospital appointment prior to departure and then mixing up the directions en route) and has waited for our late arrival.

The breakfast was not fabulous, as advertised, at all. No fresh pastries, they were supermarket-bought, packaged in plastic wrappers, and only sweet snacks. Didn't mind it really as the comfort and location alone were fully enough to give our stay a great value, though it shouldn't be advertised as "fabulous breakfast". A small misunderstanding on the host's side: while I went to get cash for him rather than pay by card, he took my bag from the reception despite me being adamant that I wanted to bin the glass bottles in it by myself. When I came back he had taken the bag which I realised only later, while there was still a 7eur bottle of a nice local craft beer that I had bought in the restaurant the night before, so I felt a tad downhearted.

The host is very nice and helpful. Also our flight was delayed and he was waiting until 3 am for us. How generous he was. Breakfast was really nice (italian).

We didn't get the room we booked (double with balcony), so that wasn't a nice surprise as the bathroom wasn't in our room (was on the other floor). There should have also been a balcony, but there wasn't though. Also the room was facing the street and the early morning street noises were quite loud (if you are sensible for noises!).
