Authentic, cozy and above all friendly! The waterfront is easily reached by bus. Marisa is an excellent and attentive host, and we felt well taken care of. I like firm beds and slept very well. Breakfast is simple but exciting, offering lovely bread, cornettos, delicious local cheese, salame, and more! The only downside is that this is an Italian stone house, which is great in the summer when it's really warm. We visited in april, and the room got quite cold during the night and into the morning - especially the floors. All in all - great stay, I recommend it to all!

Marisa was such an amazing host! We had a lovely time at the B&B and enjoyed interacting with her. She was very warm, helpful, communicative, and would even offer to drop us off when we needed to go somewhere. She offered the best breakfasts in the morning. The experience felt like we were staying in a cozy Italian home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Como.

Very clean, very comfortable. The owner is very caring and hospitable even asked us if she could pack a sandwich for us to bring on the way to home. Everything is nice and relaxing.

The host, Marisa, was absolutely lovely and such a sweet lady! The breakfast she made was delicious, so many options and really fresh and wonderful. She made our room and stay very special for our honeymoon and went to a lot of effort to help us during our stay. The bedroom was spacious, clean and tidy and the bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back!
