B&B Su Biancu - Sardinian Experience

A very warm welcome from the host, Maria. She was extremely accommodating, welcoming us with a drink and explaining the local area. The room, with a balcony, was ideal for what we needed as well as being clean and tidy. We planned a hike during our stay however as it was a public holiday there were no shops open to buy provisions, Maria kindly offered to make us lunch to take with us which made the day. There were also very friendly cats.

Nothing. Bed was a 3/4 but that is purely personal preference.

Super friendly hostess. Made us a lovely breakfast featuring local items and home made jams. Warm comfortable private space in winter.

A bit tricky to figure out exactly where to park and where to enter. Not many signs.

We stayed here for 2 nights, making it an ideal base for visiting the surrounding mountains. The village is supplied with spring water, so the tap water is excellent. The room is beautifully decorated with traditional local crafts. The cleanliness and comfort are perfect. The owner is infinitely kind and gave us a taste of an exquisite fermented lemon liqueur that she makes herself! Breakfast on the charming terrace is of a rare quality. You'll enjoy local specialities, homemade bread and jams. If you are trekking, be aware of the opening hours of the small shops in the village. They open late in the morning. So remember to do your shopping the day before!
