TRThe location isn't too far from Milan; you can reach Milan in 1.5 hours for affordable accommodation. The room was clean and warm.
The wifi is terrible; it doesn't work properly in the room near the bathroom and keeps cutting out. I also didn't like the breakfast; I'm not expecting a special breakfast, of course. But instead of greasy croissants, there could have been cheaper and better breakfast options like fruit yogurt.
