"La Selvetta" bed and breakfast

spacious rooms, great palace like B&B not to mention Matteo who was extremely kind and spent some minutes discussing things with us. Additionally I need to mention that Matteo is helping us to get our son’s toy (left behind by mistake) back home. Thank you Matteo! You rock!

the only thing ww suffered with was lack of airconditioning system however there was 37’C outside the day we were there and as Matteo mentioned- unusual weather conditions. He stated that air conditioning system is in his head and will be installed at some point.

A B&B with a fabulous host (Matteo) who pays a lot of attention to details and is always ready to help and make recommendations.The rooms are newly decorated, with a modern design. The bathroom is spacious with a great shower. We were staying in the suite with our two kids, which was incredibly comfortable. Although we were in Varese during a heat wave, we didn’t miss an air conditioning and were happy with airy windows and a ventilator. The B&B boasts a fabulous garden with a football pitch and a basketball set-up as well as great views across Lago di Varese. We had breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking the garden. Matteo made sure our boys loved the breakfast options. La Selvetta is convenient if traveling by car with ample opportunity to safely park the car but there’s also a bus stop right in front of the house which is served by the local bus and takes you to Varese Centre.
