Whole building was very new and made to purpose. All fixtures and fittings new and top Quality. Property had parking, was very secure and had restaurants within walking distance

Excellent communication, and very warm welcome from Lucia. Amazing breakfast for just the two of us with savory and sweet local bakery treats, and fresh berries.

Property is not on the beach…a short walk on the road and through a low tunnel (good luck to tall people!) but fine for us 😀

Very kind hosts. The room was spotless and stylishly decorated, as was the entire facility, which is located in a quiet and peaceful location. The breakfast was very good. There is secure parking in the yard.

Beach area a bit neglected, but did not detract from a nice stay

Everything! It is a new B&B, very comfortable, walking distance to centre of village Villapiana and beach. Safe and free parking is on property and the host Lucia was super friendly advising on excellent restaurants plus providing a typical delicious Italian breakfast.

Awesome accommodation, close to the beach, clean, modern.

Great base for exploring area by car. Beach is about a 5 minute walk away, really good pizzeria no more than 10 minutes walk away too. Lucia was really friendly and helpful.
