B&B Privileged

Very unpleasant experience. I made a reservation at this hotel and arrived at the previously communicated time, with my small child. No one came to meet us, no one answered the phone, and we were left outside late at night with no accommodation. Even though I agreed to pay the extra fee for late check-in, the agreement was not respected and my money was not refunded. I felt a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. I do not recommend this place, especially for families with children.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso il B&B di Colomba e posso dire che è stata una scelta eccellente! La struttura è accogliente e pulita, ma soprattutto Colomba è una persona gentilissima e che si dedica con passione e cura ai suoi ospiti. Non posso che consigliare vivamente questo B&B a chiunque cerchi un posto unico e accogliente. Grazie mille, Colomba, per la sua dedizione!

Gedoe met slot buitendeur. Gelukkig waren er anderen die de buitendeur openkreeg waardoor we pas later konden vertrekken.

Camera accogliente e pulitissima.

​We had a wonderful two-night stay here. The space is clean, quiet, and very cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable—perfect for resting up after a long day of driving. The ability to park the car securely in the garden was a huge plus. What truly made our trip, however, was the outstanding host. She was attentive, responsive, and provided excellent local recommendations. We felt truly taken care of!

Struttura pulitissima e in una posizione perfetta per andare a visitare la Reggia di Caserta situata in un quartiere residenziale sicuro e ordinato. La proprietaria è stata super disponibile nel farmi trovare prodotti senza lattosio dopo aver comunicato la mia intolleranza per la colazione. consigliatissima

We stayed two nights at Colomba’s apartment and had a wonderful experience. From the warm welcome on arrival, she showed us everything we needed and made us feel completely safe and comfortable. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The bathroom even had a window and a bathtub, with plenty of fresh towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its great view – in the evenings we could even watch the local fireworks. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we had secure parking for our car in the garden. Colomba gave us excellent recommendations, including a fantastic pizzeria just a short walk away where we ended up eating twice. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and she was always helpful and engaged. The other guests staying in the house were also very kind and quiet, which made the atmosphere even better. Overall, it was a perfect stay. We would definitely recommend Colomba’s place to anyone visiting Napoli! Thanks Colomba!!!! ♥️

L'host molto accogliente e cordiale e molto attenta alle nostre richieste e fabbisogni....... la stanza molto bella pulizia top e la vista panoramica dalla terrazza da togliere il fiato!!!!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo B&B per 5 giorni e l'esperienza è stata a dir poco eccezionale. Fin dal primo momento, sono stato accolto con una gentilezza e una disponibilità che mi hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. I proprietari sono persone fantastiche, sempre pronte a dare consigli, a scambiare due chiacchiere e a fare in modo che ogni mia esigenza fosse soddisfatta. Il B&B è un vero gioiello di pulizia e ordine. Ogni angolo è curato nei minimi dettagli e si percepisce un profumo di fresco e di pulito che rende l'atmosfera ancora più accogliente. Un dettaglio che ho apprezzato moltissimo è stato il cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani, un servizio che non si trova ovunque e che fa davvero la differenza. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di prenotare in questo B&B. È il luogo ideale per chi cerca relax, comfort e, soprattutto, un'ospitalità calorosa e sincera. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!
