One of the most unforgettable aspects of our stay was Gianni’s piano playing – he plays regularly, and his talent is truly mesmerizing. It felt like attending a private concert in the most picturesque setting imaginable. This place is more than just accommodation – it’s an experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and memorable stay in Tuscany.

Pokoj byl krásně čistý, prostorný a klimatizace fungovala skvěle. Hostitel byl velmi milý a ochotný – dal nám spoustu skvělých tipů na výlety a díky němu jsme objevili místo, které znají jen místní. Snídaně byla výborná a po celý den bylo k dispozici ovoce, koláče a káva, což bylo moc příjemné. Zahrada je nádherná. Originální houpačka a možnost posedět venku s výhledem dělaly z každého večera malý zážitek. Bylo skvělé si na večeři něco přivézt a užít si ji venku s tímto pohledem na okolí. Hostitel hraje krásně na piano – to přidalo pobytu kouzelnou a výjimečnou atmosféru.

Piękna lokalizacja, piękne miejsce z super widokiem. Świetnie zaaranżowany ogród - hamak, leżaki, huśtawki, stoliki z widokiem na piękną okolice. Bardzo życzliwy, świetnie zorganizowany Gospodarz. Czasem docierały do nas przepiękne i delikatne dźwięki pianina na żywo, co jeszcze bardziej umilało pobyt i sprawiało, że był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Przez cały okres pobytu można było skorzystać z lodówki, czajnika, herbat czy przekąsek. Jeśli jesteś pierwszy raz w Toskanii, Gospodarz w świetny sposób opowiada o okolicy i przybliża wiele ciekawostek na temat regionu. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Everything really! Views, style of house, comfortable bed and very central location. The owner Gianni vas very helpful and booked us a table for our anniversary dinner.

Nothing! However a small dipping pool would have been the icing on the cake as it was 38 degrees last week.

Had all the charm and quirks of the old tuscan architecture while being renovated very well. Clean, new bathrooms, AC worked great. The outdoor space and the view were really beautiful. We loved swaying in the swings while the sun set and watching the stars in the evening. Gianni was very attentive and gave us many detailed and helpful recommendations for how to best enjoy the area. He also played the piano most mornings, which was a much better alarm clock than what we normally have.

Breakfast was delicious, although not particularly varied if that's a problem for some. We did not love the pillows since they were a little too flat/hard. Beds were comfortable enough otherwise.

The listing was misleading — we booked a room for two adults and a child, as we always do, but were forced to pay for two separate rooms on arrival. The owner insisted that’s “how families travel” and made us pay the full amount immediately, without explanation or alternative and not giving us proof of payment. On top of that, the room was not clean (sheets had yellow stains, hair on the table), and the service was rude and unhelpful — no food was available upon arrival and we were told to find dinner elsewhere despite arriving late and traveling with a hungry child. Also, despite the fact that there were empty tables in the eating aria, we were placed on different tables: one parent with a child at one table and the other parent separately. This was a very upsetting experience and not what we expect from Booking.com. Lack of transparency and poor hygiene standards. Unfriendly staff and disappointing service. P.S.: BE AWARE if you are a family with one child, you are forced to book and pay for two rooms/night even if you need just one. See screen shot attached.

Bellissimo posto dove soggiornare, situato a Poggibonsi, cittadina comoda per raggiungere Siena e borghi come San Gimignano, Certaldo, e le crete senesi. Location spettacolare, immerso tra le colline toscane. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, appena arrivati ci ha dato indicazioni sui ristoranti più buoni e sui posti da vedere e come raggiungerli, in più sempre disponibile a darci informazioni e chicche storiche. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione piccola, ma essenziale, con possibilità di cose fatte al momento. Il plus svegliarsi alla mattina con il suono del pianoforte suonato dal proprietario. Da tornarci sicuramente in autunno o primavera.
