It is located in an old town house, the furniture is old and beautiful. It is a bit noisy at night, but the location near the train station and the airport buses is convenient. A very good value for money.

Location was truly great.5 min to the Mestre train station and bus station as well. There were two bathrooms which was great addition to the flat. Also it had very cute balcony to have breakfast at.

It was too hot and air conditioner was not working that good.

Value for money. Price in comparison to similar B&B's seems good.

It's a kind of (Mestre) city center so at night, the streets are empty and we didn't feel secure (but nothing happened!). But in the morning it was very convenient, 2 minutes walking and you're at the train station which connects you to Venice!
