Angelo and Francesca, the owners, were really great in supporting and gentile. Room and location are exceptionel. Highly recommended for a stay in Pescara.

Foremost we would like to thank Angelo and his wife Francesca for the amazing stay they provided us. They were friendly and very helpful all the time! The apartment itself has a marvelous view on the main square of Pescara + a big parking right in the next street where your car can be parked. It was very enjoyable to sit on the balcony at the evening and listen to the life music coming from there. Also, the beach is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. You can even go there only in your swimwear and slippers. The sea is great and clean. You can either stay on a free beach or rent a place on a paid one. Throughout the day, you will have acces to all of the restaurants around the town (whether you are on the beach or taking a walk around the town). The only thing you have to consider is 'fiesta'. Another great idea is to walk among the streets in the evening - the city is beautifully in its colours and shapes! Concerning the apartment, it is indeed very modern and looks freshly renovated. It has air conditioner, separate bathroom, a small fridge, a TV, heavy curtains against direct sunlight, and a balcony. As for the breakfast, we could not wish for more - Angelo and Francesca provided us with a full breakfast (a breakfast mix with additions like fresh coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, desserts). Everything you need for a breakfast is there. All plates are being refilled even when you are the only guests in the kitchen area. There was nothing that caused any problems. We thank Angelo and his family once again and we will definitely come by again in the future!

We had a great time in Pescara! We loved the B&B; the room was clean, big, the bed was very comfortable (I like hard beds). And Francesca and Angelo were perfect hosts. The fresh breakfast in the morning was delicious and a great start of the day. We felt like we were getting spoiled. We will definitely go back here.

Everything! If you love boutique hotel style, this is for you. Incredibly stylish, super clean, extremely well located, easy, secure parking and impeccable service. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and their attention to detail is insane! Angelo gave us fabulous restaurant recommendations and Francesca is an absolute doll (I wanted to put her in my pocket and take her home!) and prepared one of the best breakfasts we had on our six week tour of Italy. We were made to feel special and our custom appreciated. We will definitely be going back.
