"Exceptional"

Absolutely amazing host who did her best for us to feel comfortable and welcome in her beautiful house and garden. The room had everything you could need. Probably the best breakfast we have ever had in an accommodation, served in a beautiful dining room and arranged as for Royal family. The host took an extraordinatory care of us and our children. Not far from Mantova center but located quietly and with great italian country atmosphere. Definitely worth of visiting, we enjoyed the stay here.

Very friendly- It feels directly like Family. She is helpful and caring about us as the guest. The breakfast was perfect, we could even pack lunch.

The place- the garden is wonderful. Manuela was very nice, kind and helpful, she tried her best to make our stay pleasant. breakfast was delicious.

The room was very basic: not enough sockets, one socket near each side of the bed for the night light. we had to take the night light out of the sockets to charge our cell phones. To boil water we had to plug the kettle into the socket in the bathroom. The shower was very old and peeling, we did not feel comfortable using it. There was no coat hanger and the closet was locked. but The bed was very uncomfortable. In fact the room was very different from the description on the website.

The woman who ran the place couldn't do enough for me. She treated me like a long lost son. She couldn't speak any English, but she was very adept at using the translator on her phone.

Breakfast could have been better as it was mostly bread, pastries & preserved meats and cheese. I would have liked some fruit of some sort. But the woman did go and buy some Granola Cereal just for me. So I am not complaining.

Clean, comfortable, with the most amazing hostess. Manuela could not have been more friendly or helpful if she tried. Amazing breakfast, outstanding value for money. Highly recommended.

Manuela is the greatest host you can have! The room is clean and spacey and Manuela is very helpful with everything. Very lovely place!
