La posizione era ottima

La struttura purtroppo era fatiscente. Camere sporche ,capelli nei cuscini e lenzuola poco pulite .la colazione purtroppo contata se volevi il 2 caffè dovevi pagarlo così come ogni cosa!peccato perché le ragazze sono molto gentili ma si perdono per poco !

We didn't have hot water 1 night, but Salvatore explained and apologized for it and since it was also my 70th birthday he treated us to a wonderful seafood dinner at his restaurant, one of the highlights of our stay in Ortigia

"Buena ubicación, mal servicio."

La habitación muy bien, amplia y con buena ubicación en Ortigia. Sin embargo, el desayuno mal organizado: solo te dan una hora fija, no te preguntan qué quieres y te sirven algo muy básico (croissant, yogur, fruta, una loncha de jamón y queso, y una tostada fría). Mientras desayunas, el personal limpia la cocina al lado hablando en voz alta, es bastante desagradable. Además, pusieron la lavadora a las 8 am y se escuchaba mucho desde la habitación. Estuve dos noches y no limpiaron la habitación ni hicieron la cama después de la primera noche.
