Trullo Monte Santo 50

A great location, just off the main boulevard but quieter and less touristy than other paths. The trullo was beautifully renovated with a cosy sleeping area and a lovely big shower cubicle.

The towels were tiny, large and small hand towel sized.

The location was perfect, it was literally a 1 minute walk down to the middle of the town.

The only thing we could fault was the shower towels that were supplied, which were pretty small.

Location and style

This adorable and wonderfully decorated Trullo was a dream to stay in. Very comfortable, air conditioner worked GREAT, shower was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. The fridge was a decent size. There is NO kitchen and you can't cook anything or heat anything up. Its not set up for that. There is a kettle to warm up water. There is a futon in the sitting area so if more than 2 people stay, you can fit another person but not another couple. Its close to a parking lot near the historic center where the Trullo's are. Which is ideal since you cant drive in the historic center. The Trullo is well equipped with bathroom essentials, blow dryer and other items. My husband and I LOVED this place and HIGHLY recommend it. You will enjoy your stay here.

So charming! Spacious! Authentic! Wonderful bath and shower including robes and slippers. Quiet street close to square.

The trullo was bijou but perfectly formed. The trullo design meant we could sleep soundly without having use the ac. Once the day trippers had left the area was incredibly quiet. Thanks to our kind host, Cosimo,we were able to visit two of his restaurant recommendations and enjoyed authentic Puglian cuisine- delicious!

The best thing about the accommodation was the really beautiful interior. The host was also very friendly and gave good instructions for a relaxing holiday in Alberobello. Trullo Monte Santo 50 is located in the center of the famous trulli area nearby many good restaurants. The rooms are spacious and it has well-functioning air conditioning. Shower and toilet are also in their own rooms. I would recommend Trullo Monte Santo 50 as accommodation for a short or longer visit to Alberobello, if you are looking for accommodation in a real trullo with a great location and beautiful interior. The nights in the area were also silent and relaxed, at least in October.
