"Would not stay again nor recommend"

We were delayed by our flight so arrive a day later and I messaged that we would be late the next day he was not in and VERY rude Not even a cup of coffee was offered nor a glass of water - the owner saw us struggle with bags and nothing to help

"A very comfortable stop on the Via Francigena Sud"

Generous sized room, bathroom and shower (ensuite). spotless comfy and a RC heat/cooling. €30 for dinner: 2 courses, wine and an Amaro. Friendly owner who when we declined. breakfast, insisted on giving us a free coffee.

It was a very good place to stay while walking the Via Francigena Sud, not much around but it had everything we needed.
