"Regret renting this room"

Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious Designated parking spot WiFi

A kitchen was advertised, however it's use was prohibited...I talked to the owner and after insisting for a few hours she "let us cook", almost as if It was a favour for me to use something I paid for, this should've never happened in the first place and we felt highly misled, and an apology from the owner was never received, as in her eyes, she did nothing wrong...(had we known this before we would've never chose this room in the first place) On the topic of things that were advertised and don't correspond to reality, the room isn't soundproof...at all. Some guests checked at around 11 pm and we could clearly hear them.
