The host is very nice and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was very tasty!

I think warm food at breakfast (such as eggs, etc) could be kept warm in some containers, etc.

"Nice place to stay and good location."

Very clean. Good facilities, decent breakfast, and room had aircon. Ideal location for local restaurants. 2 minute walk to bus stop for bus into Venice.

The only thing wrong with the room we stayed in was that the shower head needs to be replaced.

It was very nice and a quiet place. I would definitely recommend for a 3 day trip or longer. Bus station was 10 minutes far by walking.

Great place, over-sympathetic and helpful hostess, excellent location, with a bus stop right next to the building (10 minutes to Venice). Very, very clean, regular change of towels, comfortable beds, working air conditioning, refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, well, and great coffee :) Thank you very much and sincerely recommend. We will return here for sure.
