Ein historisches Haus. Ein riesiges Zimmer mit altem Parkett. Man kann sich in die Geschichte der Stadt versetzt fühlen.

Unfortunately the Host was biased because I just came from a Hostel. Mate don't judge someone by its cover. I did a bike trip over the Alps. So unfortunately I couldn't come with suitcases..

Espacioso, pero no lo vale

Aunque el lugar en sí no estaba mal, el proceso de check-in fue terrible. Todo se hacía por teléfono con una persona extremadamente maleducada, que incluso llegó a cuestionar mi nivel de inglés, preguntándome por qué vivía en Irlanda si necesitaba que repitiera las instrucciones. He viajado a 53 países y me he alojado en hoteles, hostales, B&B, apartamentos, y en todos los casos, cuando hay tantas indicaciones, la información se deja por escrito para evitar confusiones. En este caso, la clave de entrada me la dio solo una vez por teléfono, asegurando que no la volvería a necesitar porque mi check-out sería en la mañana, lo que me dejó completamente imposibilitada de salir del lugar por miedo a no poder ingresar. Además, me pidió una foto de mi pasaporte por WhatsApp, lo cual me pareció muy poco profesional y me generó mucha desconfianza. Por último, el olor a cigarro en la habitación era insoportable. Soy fumadora y fumo mucho, y aun así, pocas veces he sentido un olor tan penetrante y desagradable. Nauseabundo. Y como todo se hacia por teléfono, no había con quien hablar para solicitar cambio de habitación. Definitivamente no volvería, y si eres mujer viajando sola, te recomiendo evitar este lugar.

Spacious room, bright, pretty good location

I submitted an early check in request and the automated response was 'Agli Incante said they'll do their best to accommodate you on arrival'. When I arrived there was nobody there and the door was locked. When the manager turned up a couple of hours later he was angry that I was waiting outside and said 'check in 3pm, check out 11am, rules are rules' as if I were a schoolboy. So don't even think about turning up before 3pm. There was a sea view but I was strongly warned against opening the shuttered windows as they were old!! Tiny TV
