Al momento della prenotazione ho scelto una struttura che avesse il parcheggio ed il parcheggio gratuito era indicato tra i servizi, ma in effetti esisteva solo la possibilità di parcheggiare in strada secondo disponibilità

Très bien accueilli, l'appartement était parfait, le parking est dans la rue mais pas de soucis pour trouver de la place

We loved this B&b and the town of Stephano Di Camastra . It’s a lovely little town and this B&B was perfect. The owner was lovely. We had to call him out at 7pm on a Sunday night as I’d locked the key in the room and he came immediately. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need, there is a kitchen with coffee machine and a fridge with drinks. The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated. It was fabulous. Right in the old town which is charming and friendly. Great restaurant on the Main Street and breakfast at the cafe was really nice.

This review of THE PALACE B&B is based upon our experience we encountered with the owners of the apartment, not upon the apartment itself, as we had to refuse the property based upon the following sequence of events: 1. We made the booking with Booking.com on the 23rd of April, based upon the reviews which included the property being in a quite location (Via Vittorio Emanuele 22), plus the property having secure/free parking. 2. We were due to make full payment to Booking.Com on the 2nd of September, ready for our stay on the 4th of Oct – 7th Oct. 3. Based upon our specific requirement for secure parking at the property, we sent a message to the owner one day before payment, i.e. the 1st of September, specifically asking about the ‘secure parking’. We were told, in writing, “the secure parking was in front of the room, with cameras”. 4. On the 4th of October, prior to our arrival, we were told to head to Via Vittorio Emanuele 22, to meet for the check in. Upon arrival, we were met with total bedlam, as the town was hosting it’s annual ‘OCTOBERFEST FESTIVAL’, for the three days/nights we were staying, i.e. the 4th/5th/6th. The address we were given to meet the owner was a) not the address of the apartment as shown in Booking.Com and the majority of the streets were closed for the annual festival. We were then told that there was no secure parking for our car and would have to park in the streets, which was nigh impossible due to the crowds attending the event, with the streets full of parked cars. 5. When we were shown our room, we then discovered it was directly above the very loud music/crowds/street cooking etc and therefore had to refuse the accommodation, due to the parking issue and the noise. 6. We spoke with the owner and asked why we were not told of these issues, i.e. The Oktoberfest, when a) we booked the accommodation, b) the day before the payment was due and c) the very day of arrival.

The rooms were exceptionally beautiful and the host was amazing

The room was perfect. Great location in a quiet city. Our host gave us some amazing tips and was very sympathetic.

The house is amazing it a whole apartment with everything that a family would ever need. The view is amazing, the decoration is fabulous. You will need a car that was not a problem for us.

The town was very charming, felt like we had finally escaped the touristic crowds. The location of the property was really good, the room was cute and authentic feeling. Enjoyed having the breakfast in the local bakery nearby together with the locals.
