Location is excellent. Room was good.

GROSSLY MISLEADING and DECEPTIVE management. FALSE ADVERTISING. In 4 places on Booking.com this hotel advertises that they have a 24-hour front desk - yet they do not have a front desk AT ALL. NOWHERE on their ad do they say that they ONLY do self check-in. I specifically chose this hotel because I needed a 24-hour front desk - and I paid for a more expensive hotel in order to get a 24-hour front desk. In two separate emails after making my booking I referred to their 24-hour front desk and they did not tell me that they did not have a 24-hour front desk when they responded. While on the train to Pompei Plaza (from Rome), I received several WhatsApp messages from the hotel telling me: 1) to send my personal information over WhatsApp to do a self check-in, 2) that "These are our rules", 3) that there will not be anyone to let me in, 4) to find another place to stay if I don't send my data, and 5) that they will not delete my personal data from WhatsApp. Further to telling me to find another place to stay, it would have been difficult to find another place to stay when it was already after hours, I was on a regional train, and they did NOT offer to refund my payment. I believe that they failed in their duty of care by not telling me that they don't have a 24-hour front desk when I referred to it in 2 emails weeks before-hand. I have NEVER been so badly treated by hotel staff and I think Booking.com should refuse to continue to deal with these people. Other issues - one bed was not made up when we arrived and we had to complain. There was no hot water on the first night and we had to complain again.

Really comfortable stay, great communication and Achille was very accommodating.
