"Perfect stay, wonderful hosts"

We stayed here twice, a night each, in the past month to bookend our trip our trip to Italy. The hosts, sisters Paola and Elvira, are the kindest hosts we’ve ever encountered. Excellent communication throughout, starting with Paola picking us up after a very long flight and driving us to their place. Good suggestions for dining nearby and immediate responses when we had questions. Rooms are simple and comfortable with updated bathroom, and bed/linens also comfortable. Our last day was unseasonably hot and the room’s AC handled it well. Also enjoyed the lovely flowers/landscaping around the property. The last day for our flight home, Elvira drove us the relatively short trip to FCO, and actually walked us into the terminal and pointed out the departures desk for our particular airline. It feels Iike staying with friends - cannot overstate how hospitable the sisters are. Highly recommend.

"The perfect place to stay in Fiumicino!"

Spotlessly clean, super comfortable and every convenience you could want- all with a beautiful garden. This is the perfect place to stay before or after arrival at FCO, as the owners pickup and drop off, which is a huge benefit. Plus, the beach is right up the street, which is yet another reason to stay here- even if not flying. One of our favorites!

Lovely & comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to airport was great. Loved being able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes.
