Property is excellent with lot of securities. Breakfast was good. Not very far from Crevalcore. Good for family.

Need to improve beds.. as they are quite old.

"Great stay with family feeling."

Usually we sleep in hotels during our journeys. This time we choose this cosy place that runs of a family and we couldn’t get better! The hospitality is on another level and from beginning we felt as family members. They helped with everything we needed, food was great and very clean. Breakfast in the garden was amazing experience.

Need some detour from main road to come but it is worth it. If you look for a calm place for staying near Modena the localisation is not a disadvantage.
