Fabio is an excellent host. Highly recommend. Room was very clean and decorated very nice. Quality fixtures, very comfortable.

Such a great location right in the heart of everything. Fabio has a beautiful property and is a gracious host. The design cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the entire property exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at many hotels and short term rentals and this property is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in.

Parking is a little difficult, but Fabio will let you know where the municipal lot is about a block away.

The property is well located in the city center and free parking is also available in the streets nearby. The room is new and bed super comfortable. The bathroom is clean and new. The most important need to be mentioned is the welcome received from the owner, we been helped since the beginning to move all our luggages up to the room and them made our stay exceptional by guiding us through the historic site and culinary place to not miss (he was always available and helpful throughout the vacation). We stayed 7 nights and then we decided to extend our stay further without moving room. Marsala is a beautiful city that really need to stay longer to really enjoy the restaurant, winery and all the history surrounded by the historic place such us Mozia, the salt pans etc etc…a car was fundamental to reach the closest place like mazara del vallo, la scala dei turchi etc etc.
