We loved our stay at Villa Patrizia. The owner was very nice, and he prepared for us very good breakfast. The room was very clean, and big enough with all you need. Free parking in the garden. The location is very quiet.

The location of the house is excellent. The large yard provides enough parking, so you don't have to park in a tight spot. Stefano is friendly and helpful in everything. For breakfast, we received very delicious coffee. The room was a comfortable size and air conditioned and the bathroom was exceptionally spacious. The residents of the other rooms were quiet, just like us, so nothing disturbed our rest. I hope we can return as soon as possible, because there is still much to explore in the area. :)

The hanging wardrobe lacked shelves for us to unpack our clothes. A boiled/soft boiled egg with breakfast would have been excellent, but everything was great anyway. The roosters are still alive and crowing in the morning, but that's normal in the countryside. :)

It’s a nice property, we had a lovely stay near Grado (it’s about 15 min drive). The village in which the property is located is quaint, room was basic, but had a good size balcony. There’s free parking available in front of the property. Overall, all good. Owner was helpful and friendly.
