Purtroppo non posso valutare la struttura perché arrivati sul posto, il nostro appartamento era stato dato ad altre persone per un errore del titolare. In compenso posso testimoniare la sua correttezza nel assumersi le responsabilità del errore e nel provvedere a trovarci una sistemazione alternativa, più in centro ma meno spaziosa.

Die Lage ist top. Ein kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt. Direkt an der Straße, okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (1 bis 2 Nächte) Eher praktisch als gemütlich.

Die Lage ist super für die San Gimignano zu erkunden. Sehr leckeres italienisches Frühstück in pasticeria.

Das Bett quietscht extrem bei jeder Bewegung, so dass man in der Nscht mehrmals aufwacht.

A localização é ótima, estamos perto de muitas localidades que pretendíamos visitar, literalmente em frente a San Giminiano. O staf era muito simpático também, limpeza top também.

O pequeno almoço não era muito variado, penso que poderiam variar entre um doce e um salgado, podemos escolher duas pastelarias mas todas doces o que acaba por não ser o mais adequado. Estacionamento indica que existe, porém acabamos a estacionar o parque do cemitério onde tem um sinal a indicar permissão para parar 1 hora ficamos com algum receio por ser um carro alugado. De resto correu tudo ok.
