Dulcis in Borgo

Panorama mozzafiato nel cuore di un piccolo borgo caratteristico. Wow

Gorgeous, amazing views - especially from the roof terrace - but also from the room and the bathroom! Marco was an Extremely kind host. I had breakfast early and had the terrace to myself. Delicious and filling breakfast with fresh made focaccia/toasts - also with tarts, cakes, juices and fresh cappuccino. I stayed second floor at the door under the stairs. Large and comfortably decorated with a beamed ceiling and antiques and thoughtful art. It was HOT outside, but in the evening the fan was enough to keep me and the room cool.

It’s no joke getting up the hilly cobblestones…not quite as ‘close’ to the parking lot as I had imagined from the description. I ended up leaving my ‘heavy’ bag in the car because it would’ve taken great effort to not only walk it into town, but get it up the stairs inside.

This accommodation has the perfect location in a tiny village in the mountains. ( You have to park your car at first and than you can walk up to the village) Marco was the perfect host, and he prepared wonderful breakfasts for us, wich we could eat on the terrace with a view to the sea.

When we first arrived at B&B Dulcis in Borgo, it smelled like homemade cookies. As it turned out, Marco bakes delicous sweets for breakfast for his guests almost every day. So staying there felt like visiting a friend. Everything was perfect and the overall experience was wonderful. We recommend it. Katarina&Klemen
