Très belle vue de la belle villa située un peu en hauteur par rapport au lac. Environnement très calme. Parking gratuit juste à côté. Petit sentier menant au lac et au centre-ville, très agréable. Grande terrasse idéale, avec table et salon. Logement très bien équipé et climatisé. Cuisine et salle de bains très propres et fonctionnelles. Tout parait tout neuf et la décoration est très jolie. Les hôtes ont mis beaucoup de documentation sur la région et des livres très beaux. Il y a beaucoup de fleurs et de verdure. Les hôtes sont proches et discrets, disponibles et très gentils. Merci à Oriana pour le spray anti-moustiques ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

On pourrait peut-être ajouter dans la cuisine quelques bricoles : un pot ou bocal pour l'eau, une spatule en bois, un décapsuleur, un couteau-économe, mais l'essentiel y est et est super !

Если не считать неудобных для меня матраса и подушки, то все было идеально. Очень чисто. На кухне чай, кофе, сахар, все приспособления. Красивая терраса. Комнаты чистые , уютные. Городок прелестный.

Great Staff: The host, Oriella, was fantastic. She helped us unload the car and spent time playing with our daughter, which made us feel very welcome. Comfortable Bed: The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights during our stay. Convenient Location: The apartment is within walking distance of Baveno city center and the embarkation point for ferries to Isola Madre, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. If you're looking for a comfortable place with a gracious host and easy access to local attractions, this apartment could be a good fit.

The listing advertises an "entire place," but in reality, it's a section of the host's house featuring a private kitchen and bathroom. This area is separated from the main residence by a locked standard indoor door, which unfortunately allows sounds to pass through easily—you can hear conversations and noises from the other side. Additionally, the property's security cameras are directed towards the portion of the terrace allocated for guest use, which might raise privacy concerns for some visitors. Lastly, the anticipated view of Lago Maggiore from the terrace is largely obstructed by another house, so the scenic lake panorama is not as impressive as the listing suggests.
