Поломанный слив в унитазе

The location was great. Beautiful view of Mount Etna. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

From the pre-stay communication, there was a problem. I said I would get there around 12.30pm and the owner thought it is after midnight and wants to charge 15 euro late fee. I insist it is in the afternoon. Still he is arguing with me. Anyway, after I get there, I go to look for him in the laundry and the wife sees me and starts yelling at me in Italian that I shouldn't be in that room. I explain I am asking her husband how to get to the rooftop, where there was a hottub and a view. The husband tells me that it is closed and there is an extra fee anyway. I say ok but that's niot what the website says. Anyway, it is ok. Then in the morning, I get the coffee which was delicious but the rest of the breakfast was packaged pastries - it would be better to have some fruit or at least some fresh pastries rather than those packaged bought at the convenience store. Then they said 'go and eat it in your room'.

Pulizia 0, bagno sporco, doccia 0....non consiglio Apparte i 15 euro pagati all arrivo di qui 3,50 per il soggiorno gli altri perché sono arrivata alle 22, 40. Se non avessi bisogno non prendevo una camera

The kitchen is not available for cooking. The Basic equipment is 2 small glass. Wee need to pray 1 spoon or knife. The eating is possible Only in the sleeping room. The wellness service is not was available. Only from june 10euro per person. The kitchen and wellness was available in the apartman description. I rented scooter 24 hours but the owner put out with violence to the street from groundstair. He wanted to call police.

Je velmi blízko u vlakového i autobusového nádraží, takže výborný výchozí bod na výlety a rovněž docela blízko do centra. Ubytovatelé velmi příjemní a vstřícní. Klimatizace fungovala velmi dobře, koupelna společná, čistá. Neměli jsme žádný problém. Je fakt, že jsme docela skromní cestovatelé a jako penzisté vyhledáváme levnější ubytování.

Sladké snídaně, ale zřejmě je to místní zvyklost. Nevyužili jsme terasu a vířivku, jak je avizovaná na fotografiích.
