Очень внимательная хозяйка квартиры, была на связи. Инструкция как попасть в квартиру была понятна. Нам разрешили оставить багаж до момента заселения, за это ОГРОМНОЕ спасибо )) Мы жили в комнате с собственной ванной комнатой, все необходимое в номере было. Огромный плюс э то кондиционер в комнате, при температуре 40 градусов на улице, он нас очень спас )) Чистая постель, хорошие подушки, удобная большая кровать. В номере убрано, чисто. Мы были одну ночь и остались довольны.

Нет кофе в кухне, только чай. В ванне есть гель и шампунь, но они в больших бутылках, не одноразовые.

Отель находится в самом центре, было позднее заселение, Моника (отдельное ей спасибо) всегда была на связи и помогала в случае недопонимания 😀. Уютно есть всё необходимое.

La posizione è assolutamente ottimale per chi vuole soggiornare a Verona oppure andare a una serata all'opera all'Arena, come è capitato a me e alle mie amiche. L'ambiente, a partire dall'atrio dell'edificio è molto accogliente e signorile. La camera e i servizi puliti. Host preciso e molto disponibile nei contatti e nel fornire le indicazioni per il check in e check out.

Non possiamo trovare nulla che non ci sia piaciuto. Tutto è stato più che ottimale!
