Location was good - a bit of a walk - but a very beautiful area - and along the sea front or promenade - to old town. Beautiful view of the old town - over the rooftops but great - and lovely big veranda to sit on and relax after exploring the old town. Quiet and private parking close by.

Beautiful decor. Very comfortable room. Loved the location and the view from the terrace. Nice to have use of kettle etc.

I hadn’t been prepared for all those steps. It was hard to balance my case while I fumbled with the key holder. It would have been much better for someone to meet me. I was, as requested, in contact with the staff by WhatsApp so they knew when I would arrive.

Good Location Good communication

We had enormous problems with the lock in the room door. We tried always sveral minutes to open it

Stunning sea view, Large terrace, Clean room, Tranquility, Secure entrance, Friendly host, Great location close to everything including bus station. There is only three rooms in the house, so you feel like at your own home.

Located in the center between two coasts, so if one wants to walk to the beach, expect 5-10 minutes of up and down walk and if one wants to walk to the city center (Port) expect to walk around 300 meters including steep stairs. However, that was OK and even fun looking around why walking!

Kind people who manage the property, clean, good location to reach the beach or the downtown, amazing view of Gaeta gulf from the terrace, very nice furniture
