Spacious room and good location

Parking a little tricky

Modern, clean and comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities and fridge in the room, plus access to microwave in a shared space. The location is just a few streets below the city walls, a short (but steep!) walk to the old town. There are no staff on site but clear check-in and access instructions were given in advance, and someone came to take our payment in person. And they let us keep our bicycles on the balcony, which was very much appreciated.

Feels more like a chain hotel than a B&B (which is good and bad - comfort and facilities excellent, but a little bland)

Very helpful personal, remote wasn’t working, but immediately fixed.

Our bed was a little too short.

Check-in checkout was a bit complex with a lot of adjustments as we had to pay to the property but the staff was not there

Location. Comfortable room. Easy parking. Good value.

Coffee set up was a bit awkward.

Excellent in every way. Carlotta was a brilliant host and very welcoming and provided us with a happy, friendlyand comfortable stay. Facilities all round very good!

A couple a chairs on the balcony would be a good addition.
