Tiffany Suites

The property is an old flat that was reconverted: there are 4 bedrooms with its own bathroom each; there is also a shared terrace and kitchen area. All areas are super clean. Tiny and slow lift in the building, we took the stairs to the 3rd floor every day. There is a cleaning lady that comes every morning, she is super nice and the place is impeccably clean. Communication with the property manager is also good, she is very responsive (unfortunately, not the same with the owner). If you not care about room temperature nor internet, this place is not bad.

Now the reasons for the disappointment: 1. Internet did not work the 4 days we were there so we had to buy data roaming packs from our carrier. 2. First 3 nights the air conditioning did not work so imagine trying to sleep in a hot sauna (Sorrento temp was 26C at 8am in June 2026). When we opened the window to get some breeze, the noise from people strolling late at night and supermarket load/unload at 7am every morning made sleep almost impossible. Despite having communicated this to the owner, it was only repaired on our last day when we said we will contact Booking Customer Service for a refund. For us, this was the deal breaker.

Lugar, limpieza, céntrico.

It was well situated. I really like how close we are to everything. The room is spacious and it has a really nice view from the room window and shared balcony.

The key system is a bit complicated, it's very minor but I think key cards would have been better.

This is a rental room agency. The room was located in an office / residential building a few steps to the pedestrian zone. None the less, it was a quiet and efficient location to see all the sites in Sorrento and the boat to Capri. Room was well equipped and comfortable.

Está bien situado, es limpio y muy cómodo. La ducha y el aire acondicionado funcionaban bien y la tercera cama (sillón cama) también era cómodo y tenía un colchón real y muy buena, cosa que no sucede en muchos otros sitios. El pequeño balcón también suma mucho y el salón común tenía una buena vista, por lo que resultaba muy agradable.

Estuvo muy bien, quizás que la cocina no estaba muy equipada pero solo utilizamos un par de cucharas.

I liked that it was central and was clean.

The air con was rubbish did not work! The toilet kept running. There were no lights when you went into the corridor.
