A very clean, quiet, and safe place to live. It's also pretty near to the main center.

Claudia is the most helpful and nice host I have ever met in Italy The object I a situated about 700 m from FS, from where you can take the bus me to Citta Alta. Parking is in the price 10€ but can leave my car there until late afternoon after leaving the apartment 😀

The room and the bathroom were kept spotlessly clean by the landlady (a very nice woman). Tea, coffee, kettle and coffee machine were provided. There is a microwave in the room, but no kitchen sink, so any washing up had to be done in the bathroom. The WiFi was satisfactory.

This is NOT a self-contained accommodation. It is a flat with 2 guest rooms, and the owner's living quarters. All are entered from a common hall through a common door from the 1st floor landing (there is a lift). Each guest room has a dedicated bathroom, accessible from the hall. This may or may not be what you want. Besides, in spite of the name, breakfast is NOT offered. The room I had was facing a busy and noisy street.

Breakfast was great! The location is close to the train station.

I think the advert for this property is very misleading, in a comment it says "at this hotel" It is not a hotel or a Bed and Breakfast. It is merely a room in someone's apartment in a block of flats. Although you have access to your own bathroom you have to walk through the hall way. There's a microwave on top of the washing machine next to the toilet, I would not use a microwave in a bathroom. It was difficult to find and not in a nice part of the town.

The host was very nice and forthcoming. The room and private balcony etc - all very clean. Good location for early flight.
