Very central location, good value for money, small balcony with nice view, relatively comfortable bed. Self check-in worked well, lots of information provided via Whatsapp by the owner

The location is very good. Centric, relatively easy to reach. If you are coming by car from the north road (E45 down from Messina) then it’s actually quite straight forward to get there. If you are coming from the south and you don’t have experience driving in Sicily , I’d avise continue north in E45 until you can access from the north instead of from the airport. You really don’t want to go through all Catania city to reach the place. Parking is decent in Parking Italia! The staff there is very nice. 15 euro to leave it overnight. Building is one of those classic Italian buildings, very cute. The check-in and checkout process is very smooth.

The property has the downsides of any other old centric building. You can hear everything from the street. We went in june and it was hot . The aircon did its best but sometimes wasn’t enough (also sleeping w aircon is awful ) Opening the window meant hearing ambulances, people yelling, cats fighting at 2 am, mosquitos getting in etc etc. The bathroom was not the cleanest. There was a lot of buildup in joints, in the shower , sink, between tiles, etc. Again, I believe this is all mostly because the building is old.

The apartment we booked was excellent—spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, well-furnished, and in an absolutely perfect location.

We had a few issues during our stay. The shower cabin leaked and caused some flooding, but we managed to clean it up with a mop. The cleaner also left a dirty towel on the toilet and rearranged our personal items, which felt a bit intrusive. Additionally, the host stopped responding via Booking after we arrived. We couldn’t find the iron listed in the amenities, and only received one after leaving a note in the room. A reply through the app would have been much easier.

good style, nice decoration in a classic apartment with the highest ceiling we have ever been. Very central but quiet and all facilities were good too!
