Property is close to the beach. 5 min walk.

The owners. We were told that we will be accommodated at 10 am. Have email confirming this. However, coming after the boat from Palermo and tired we had to be on the phone with the owner who was arguing and saying: sorry - come back after 12.00. We had to find parking and went to the beach. When we returned around 4 pm - there was nobody to get the keys from. We called the number and had to request the women to come back to open the gate and give us the keys. This was the worst! In addition: breakfast they are serving is continental. My husband didn’t even want to go. In addition, the same women who served us in the hotel ( we never met the owner), was extremely rude. She wouldn’t talk to us and if I asked her to make americano coffee - she would just put a coffee can in the front of me - do it yourself. The rudeness and total lack of hospitality is overwhelming. Parking is far from the hotel and we had to walk 25 min back and forth to park our car for 6 euros a night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and clean rooms. Large bathroom and shower with great water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable mattresses on the beds. Lovely fresh continental breakfast.

Amazing location, very close to the beach and city centre. The beach is beautiful with white sand and crystal clear water. Delicious breakfast - a buffet with good options so it doesn't get boring. Room spacious, clean and quiet, away from the main street. We would recommend to anyone!

Parking options were confusing and it would be helpful if the addresses were given prior to our arrival.
