Please note that for arrivals after check in hour there is an extra charge of EUR 10 and from 22:00 to 23:00 an extra charge of EUR 30 This property offers self-check-in only. Check in after 19:30 is possible only upon request and after submitting the required documents. Please note that the use of air conditioning (heating and cooling) has an extra cost of 10 euros per day. It is best to request it prior to check-in. Please note that dogs/pets will incur an additional charge of 10 Euro per day per dog/pet If you use a credit card in the name of a person who is not present, written authorization is required, to be sent by email to le terrazze2021@gmail.com, accompanied by the identity document of the credit card owner. Please inform the property (at least by 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, or at least 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time). All requests for check-in outside of these hours are subject to approval by the property (and must be requested at least 5 hours before your scheduled arrival time).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
