The best stay around Bologna! Beatrice is the best hosts, you get absolutely treated and welcomed by the Italian hospitality. Lovely house and garden, big bathroom, comfy beds, all you need in the room. Breakfast was great, homemade bread and charcuterie and great cheese, plus all the sweets you would need homemade jams, little pots of honey and Nutella, as well as homemade cakes and almond biscottis etc. HIGHLY recommend. Loved the dogs - don’t worry they are only outside (not allowed in the house).

Camera pulita, accogliente, inoltre Beatrice è stata davvero gentilissima, ci ha proposto di venirci a prendere e riaccompagnarci per le varie tappe, colazione davvero abbondante, c’era di tutto, non potevamo trovarci meglio, se dovessi tornare a Bologna farei sicuramente di nuovo questa scelta, lo consiglio davvero a tutti

bellissima casa immersa nel verde a pochi minuti dal centro. La signora che affitta è gentilissima. Ci ha accompagnato fino all'unipol arena dove al concerto e riportato a casa alla fine. Colazione ottima

Soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. La casa è splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli e inserita in una posizione davvero unica, con un panorama incredibile sui Colli Bolognesi che rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. L’accoglienza di Beatrice è stata superlativa: gentile, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza, sempre pronta ad aiutare e a dare consigli utili, andando anche oltre le aspettative. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. La colazione è eccezionale, abbondante e di grande qualità, uno dei punti forti del soggiorno. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, gli ambienti sono silenziosi e dotati di tutte le comodità che si possono desiderare in un alloggio di questo tipo. Il contesto è meraviglioso e rilassante, ideale per staccare e godersi la natura. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio assolutamente di rivolgersi a Beatrice per un soggiorno: torneremo sicuramente.

La posizione, la tranquillità, la cura dei dettagli, la colazione, l’ospitalità di Beatrice e dei suoi cani. Insomma ci siamo sentiti come a casa!

Lovely house and garden, quiet secure location in the Bologna hills, short 20-25 min drive to visit centre of Bologna or 10 mins to catch a train in. Bedroom was clean and reasonably spacious, with comfortable bed. Host was very attentive and friendly, offering to cook different food items for breakfast, and offering places to eat, very welcoming and we felt part of the family.

Not much privacy, shared part of house with the host, with not much free access to other rooms other than bathroom, rest of family in separate other half, ok if you intend to spend most of the day away from house, which we did. It was hot during our stay, 36-38c, no aircon, however host provided a fan which was very welcome.
