Samuel è un bravo host, molto simpatico e ci ha accolto con puntualità. Il letto molto comodo e l’ambiente molto silenzioso.

la porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene e la doccia non era pulitissima.

La posizione in aperta campagna a pochi km da Carpi e da Soliera è ottima. Il parcheggio privato nel giardino davanti alla porta di ingresso è un valore aggiunto. Sam, l' host, è molto cordiale, disponibile e puntuale sia nelle comunicazioni che in presenza.

Nell' insieme, purtroppo, la casa dà l' idea di essere un po' trascurata. Qualche piccolo intervento e un po' più di attenzione all' igiene la renderebbero sicuramente più accogliente.
