Location in the historic centre near train and bus station. Friendly host.

Location is so central that noise may be an issue for some people. It did not bother us.

"Super Lage"

Die Lage ist super, Fussdistanz vom Bahnhof und mitten drin von den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer gross und nachts recht ruhig. Das Bett ist bequem.

Amazing location Alfonso is a very nice and responsive host - he did apologize for the inconvenience below mentioned & offered to compensate by other actions Breakfast is decent

- Quite old amenities (rusty stuffs in the bathroom, bad sewage smell in one of the bathrooms) - Cleaning is done not thoroughly enough given guests high turnover - We booked 2 rooms and there were stains on the sheets of both, we found trash in the bathroom trashcan of one bathroom The host did apologize & said the sheets come in bags from the cleaning operators, which I believe true as I saw those bags - A bit pricey given the above - we found better facilities during our Sicily trip in other cities, but it might be just the standards in Palermo

"Sehr gute Unterkunft mitten in Palermo"

Großes Zimmer, das mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Großes Bad inkl. Accessoires und Fön. Alfonso war als Gastgeber immer erreichbar und hat uns gerne geholfen. Check In und Check Out waren unkompliziert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
