Ideale per soggiorni brevi, la struttura è ben tenuta e gestita. Un plus la vicinanza alla stazione Zola Centro ed i numeri parcheggi in zona.

Per una evidente ottimizzazione dello spazio, la scala interna è un po' stretta.

Ottima gestione del check in e check out. Massima gentilezza e trasparenza.

L'acqua dal lavandino passava al mobile sottostante per via di una perdita. Potenzialmente pericoloso poiché nel cassetto sottostante si trovava il phon elettrico. Problema risolto al volo mettendo un contenitore nel cassetto per raccogliere la perdita d'acqua

Struttura facile da raggiungere, a 100 metri c'è un ampio parcheggio gratuito. Camere di giuste dimensioni e con una pulizia impeccabile. Il proprietario ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni al momento della prenotazione in modo dettagliato. Lo consiglio

Forse la scala per salire su in camera era un po' stretta (noi avevamo un bagaglio a mano e non abbiamo avuto grosse difficoltà, ma se avessimo avuto un bagaglio più grande sicuramente si). Mancava il bidet.
